Selecting the relevant criteria from the provided sampler: not all criteria are usable to develop a business rule, as a direct consequence of the way competition has shaped the design of shipping services. For instance, the transparency of the process has been dramatically enhanced since parcel tracking has become a standard component of any major delivery service. Thus, our relevant criteria have been reduced to the following set:

priority service
Generally, all other services can be acquired additionally to the standard and priority services, like the shipping of bulky items that exceed either weight or dimensions limits.
